In this text, we look at Hume’s thesis on personal identity as it is presented in the book A Treatise of Human Nature. In thisbook’s appendix, Hume poses questions about his thesis, which highlighted a number of problems that his theory does not resolve. In D. W. Winnicott, we found possible solutions to these problems and a possible answer to Hume.Downloads
