Abstract

According to Winnicott, when examining the antisocial tendency etiology, one must take into account two types of deprivation: one is in terms of the mother loss and the other is related to the father loss. In this exposition, I will discuss some aspects about the father’s involvement in triggering such disorder, focusing on the father's failure specificity and its repercussions on the child's maturational process.
