Genealogy of the feminine and of paternity in psychoanalysis

Abstract

The intention of this essay is to circumscribe the existing relations between the record of the feminine, paternity and meaning in psychoanalytic discourse, having as its pivotal reading the problematic of patriarchy. For this reason, the registered texts will be examined in a genealogical perspective, evidencing lines of continuity and discontinuity, as well as their effects within psychoanalytic discourse.
