Abstract

This article reflects on the importance of thinking the transference relation in the clinic with children in serious psychic suffering far beyond the interpretation. Using Winnicott as a theoretical and clinical reference, a case study is related where the transference is marked by the destruction and survival of an annalist in a holding set, where the annalist could be used by the child to a resumption of his constitution process and external world.
