Abstract

Restoring the case of little Gabriellle (Piggle), analised by Winnicott, this study discusses the participation of the parents in the therapeutic process of the child in an unusual way in the psychoanalitical treatments made then. Winnicott called this participation of shared psychoanalyses, in which the parents, besides some participation in the sessions, in a real or transferential way, share with him information, concerns and discussed hypothesis through letters and telephone calls. To the analyst, the work done this way allowed the restore of the development of Gabrielle wich had been hardened by flaws in the environmental provision, once it allowed the parents to have a better comprehension and condition to satisfy the needs of the child. Keywords: Shared psychoanalyses (partagée); Winnicott; Environment; Case Gabrielle (Piggle).
