Abstract

This paper aims to accomplish a commentary of the Derrida's essay "États d´âme de la psychanalyse", for emphasizing the concepts of cruelty and sovereignty, in their relationships with the psychoanalytical speech. Keywords: cruelty, sovereignty, death's instinct.
